If you’ve found yourself at a club recently dancing to an indescribably catchy track in a language you absolutely do not understand but like anyway; it’s most likely the new debut from singer/rapper/songwriter Stromae. I myself have had the pleasure of breaking out into electro delight when the song “Alors On Danse” hits the decks and the crowd goes into a frenzy

I’ve been asked to add my voice to an online petition several times in the last few days. It seems that a number of my alumni are horrified and shocked that there is talk of changing the name of Rhodes University. According to the petition that is doing the rounds, such renaming of my educational institution would “degrade my degree” and destroy the history of the university

Let me introduce you to two driving characters for my story/ message, Sipho and Palesa. First meet Sipho- a fun-loving, down to earth dreamer from the Auckland Park student area apartments where his parents have to go through blood sweat and tears just to pay his rent, organize groceries and pocket money for him.

So on my Facebook page, it says that my favourite books are by Dostoyevsky and Camus, and that my favorite quotes come from Voltaire and Martin Luther King, Jr. My profile picture is the most flattering one of me I could find, and any unpleasant photos have been summarily untagged; they’re still floating around online, but at least they’re a little harder to find.

We all have different addictions and here is a second article on the addictions we have!
Well, it’s pretty simple. If you’d interrupt dinner to social network, then you are definitely hooked to social media. Social networking is everywhere, believe it or not. People are often confused as to how they get addicted or obsessed. It’s really not that hard because as soon as you enter the world of gadgetology, it’s late for you. The most visited or well known are Facebook and Twitter and maybe even more.
